The process of triggering the M30 fire extinguisher valve to release the fire extinguishing agent usually involves the M30 fire extinguisher valve being equipped with a trigger device, which can be a manual button, pressure sensor or other form of activation mechanism. When a fire occurs, the user will manually press the button (for manually operated fire extinguishers) or the trigger device will automatically sense the fire source and start (for automatic fire extinguishing systems). Once the trigger device is activated, it will transmit a signal or force to the valve mechanism. This signal or force will overcome the spring or other resistance mechanism inside the valve, causing the valve core to move from the closed position to the open position. The opening of the valve allows the fire extinguishing agent inside the fire extinguisher to flow out through the valve channel. When the valve is opened, the pressure inside the fire extinguisher will push the fire extinguishing agent through the valve and nozzle system. The fire extinguishing agent is sprayed out from the nozzle at a predetermined flow rate and pressure, directly acting on the fire source, achieving the effect of extinguishing the fire.
After the fire extinguishing agent is released, the valve usually closes automatically or requires the user to close it manually. Closing the valve ensures that the fire extinguishing agent will not continue to flow out, while keeping the inside of the fire extinguisher sealed and ready for the next use.
